The macro-biotic diet is only one aspect of the much larger macro-biotic lifestyle that founders of the niche brand 'Go Macro' adopted.
We sought to illustrate the core-principles of the brand (health, sustainability, wellness, charity) using symbolic icons, while also emphasizing amazing taste, and discovery.
GoMacro won silver at the DBA Design Effectiveness Awards
With the support of the new design, GoMacro has increased distribution exponentially. GoMacro has acquired over 1400 additional retailers in the U.S., gained distribution in UNFI, the largest natural and organic wholesale distributor in North America and expanded distribution overseas. Within the first year of launching the new design, sales have doubled in Canada. Go Macro has since opened a new factory due to high demand, and places 9th in the lifestyle/wellness bars category.
